Sail Maui strives to offer the very best. Our menus are put together by family run, local Maui catering companies and feature quality ingredients, sourced on island whenever possible. Special dietary restrictions or allergies? Contact us and we’ll be happy to answer any questions you might have regarding our menus and work with you to ensure your entire party can enjoy the food served during your charter.
LANA’I SNORKEL AND BEACH PICNIC SAIL
Breakfast
- Fresh Hawaiian tropical fruit tray featuring Maui Gold pineapple, Molokai papayas, Kula oranges & strawberries. Additional seasonal fruit based on availability (lilikoi, starfruit, dragonfruit, & mangoes.)

Breakfast
- Assorted freshly baked pastries including muffins, donuts, scones, and pound cake.
- Sliced tropical fruit tray of pineapples, papayas, honeydew, oranges, and grapes. (fruits change seasonally)
- Greek style yogurt with crunch granola
- Oven warmed banana macadamia nut bread pudding
- Maui Oma coffee, herbal tea and hot cocoa
Lunch
- Build your own deli sandwiches with a selection of sliced ham, turkey and roast beef, cheddar and provolone cheeses, lettuce, tomato, and onion on either sliced white or whole wheat breads or Hawaiian sweet rolls.
- Mediterranean style pasta salad with pickled roasted vegetables and a tangy dijon dressing

CAPTAIN’S CHOICE WEST MAUI CHARTER
Breakfast

- Build your own deli sandwiches with sliced smoked turkey, tavern ham, roast beef, pastrami, albacore tuna salad. Top with Swiss, Cheddar & Provolone cheeses; green leaf lettuce, sliced tomatoes, Kula sprouts, sliced cucumber & Maui onions. Choose from whole wheat, sour dough, or rye breads.

PALI COAST SNORKEL AND PERFORMANCE SAIL
- Tropical fruit platter
- Imported and domestic cheese tray served with crackers
- Antipasto platter of assorted garden veggies, artichoke hearts and salami
- Triple chocolate brownies and/or assorted cookies
LAHAINA CHAMPAGNE SUNSET SAIL
- Veggie platter with ranch dressing.
- Grilled chicken strips
- Crispy pork spring rolls with sweet Thai chili sauce
BEVERAGES
Beverages include an assortment of tropical juices and sodas. Coffee is served for morning charters, and filtered ice water is always provided. Alcoholic beverages (after snorkeling) are included and we serve local Maui Brew Co. Bikini Blonde Lager, Coors light, chardonnay, and on our Lahaina charters aboard Paragon we also offer champagne and Mai Tais.
